Surfing

Take a surf tour to one of the surf breaks of the beautiful Salvadoran coast. If you are a beginner we can arrange surf lessons by a professional instructor. If you are an experienced surfer we take you with a local bilingual guide on a surfari to find the best waves of Central America at breaks like Sunzal, Punta Roca or Zonte. You can bring your own board or rent one from our wide variety of boards*. Price includes transfers from San Salvador to the beach on the “departamento” de la Libertad, surf instruction for beginners or surf guide service for advanced surfers.

Scuba diving Lake Ilopango

Lake Ilopango is about 20 minutes east of San Salvador city, also created by a volcanic eruption (actually by several eruptions that date back thousands of years) is the largest lake in El Salvador. Ilopango Lake has an interesting edgy and rocky topography which makes it great for exploring the rock formations and is about 230 m deep.

Rafting Rio Lempa

One day white water rafting tours down Rio Paz and Rio lempa. II and III class rides in summer up to III and IV in winter (raining season). All equipment is included.

Kayaking bahia Jiquilisquo

Bahia de Jiquilisco is home for more than 17 species that live in the mangrove forest full with natural resources. We will kayak true the channels and enter the deep mangrove swamps try to see them. You can observe birds, crabs in different colors and fish. The tour is around 2 to 3 hours. Do not forget sunscreen! If you’re not in to kayaking we can also organize trips by boat.

Fishing

El Salvador has some great fishing, with local fisherman or on a professional yacht. Trolley alongside the Guatemalan border teasing a Sailfish, anchor at 1 mile from shore and fish for tuna, Dorado, red snappers and many other fish, or enjoy casting your spinning rod from shore! We can take you for deep sea fishing reef fishing or inshore fishing.

Tour Golfo de Fronseca

Visit the gulf that El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua share together with stunning volcanic islands, small fishing villages and black-sand beaches. We go to Isla Meanguera, the most important one and Isla del Tigre in Honduras. Most times we will see dolphins swimming next to the boat. From November till February it is likely to see whales!
